Post radiation colitis
Description :
Radiation injury is due to progressive fibrosis associated with obliterative endarteritis and chronic mucosal ischemia. Endoscopy reveals pale and friable mucosa with telangiectasias. The changes could be continuous or patchy. Courtesy: www.gastrointestinalatlas.comContributed by :
